Suspense, mystery, romance and a K-9 too!
Suspense, mystery, and romance, what more do you need? Ethan is assigned a case working to find the Red Rose Killer, who has threatened his ex-wife. Enter in a look a like PI they pose as a reunited couple. As the danger increases will they find a way to not only stay safe, but admit to their growing feelings as well? Or will the they realize the truth too late? Dana Mentink has done it again with this fabulous fast paced book! I couldn’t put the book down! I love the keys terry and suspense, and how the characters seem so real, and deal with some very real emotions and problems. Plus, throw in a cute K-9 and who can resist? I received a copy in exchange for my honest review, which I have been given.
So many surprises
Kendra and one of the women on the Red Rose Killer's to do list could pass for twins, Ethan had been married to that woman. In order to draw the Red Rose Killer out Kendra agreed to be bait, and Ethan agreed to protect her by pretending that him and his ex-wife was getting back together. This book had so many twist and turns I could hardly keep up. This book has attempted murder by more than one person, a wasp nest, kidnapping, a bomb, and God leading Kendra and Ethan to realize you can find true love with the person God has chosen for you.

Five stars---excellent read filled with lots of intrigue and romance!!! Great storyline and characters!! Highly recommended for everyone!! Great book that is a faith-based story!
Amazing
I picked up the first book in this series at Walmart. However with all the craziness in the world going on when I went back for the next ones in the series they were all gone! Serious disappointment! This series is amazing and each book I read just gets better, I am so happy than each new author in the series is able to continue the story. I absolutely love that the books are well written and a love story can be enjoyed without all of the smut. Thank for a great read! I can’t wait to start the next!!!!
Excellent Book
Dana has done it again! Fantastic story with strong characters. It's definitely a great read. It was tough to put down the book, but I did. It was easy to make the time to read it because it held my interest!

Kept me guessing
This was an exciting book. I couldn’t put it down. I was sorry for it to be over. I love the dogs and truly admire the K9 ‘s of all walks of life. The surprise ending was terrific!!!!

This was a fast moving book near the end. Full of suspense and excitement and action and surprises. With a twist that I wasn't expecting.

This whole series has been so good. Each author's contribution has kept me in suspense but also thankful for the great inspirational aspect too.
